- Active alerts: Stored while the app is installed and alerts are active
- After app deletion: All associated data is automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days
- Purchase history: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes) and managed by Apple and RevenueCat
- Analytics data: Anonymized and cannot be linked back to you
- Server logs: Rotated and deleted after 30 days

Children's Privacy

In-App Purchases
Purchase Processing
All in-app purchases are processed through:
- Apple App Store: Handles payment processing (we never see your payment details)
- RevenueCat: Manages subscription status and entitlements

Subscription Data

Push Notifications
Opting Out
You can disable push notifications at any time:
- In the app: Disable individual alerts or turn off all alerts
- iOS Settings: Settings > Notifications > AirportWX > Turn off "Allow Notifications"
Note: Disabling notifications will prevent you from receiving weather alerts.
Analytics and Tracking
We use TelemetryDeck for privacy-focused analytics:
- Anonymous: No personal information is collected
- No tracking: We don't track you across other apps or websites
- Feature usage only: We only see which features are used, not who uses them
International Data Transfers
Your data is stored on servers in the Netherlands (EU). If you use the app outside the EU, your data will be transferred to and processed in the EU, which provides strong data protection under GDPR.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted in the app and on our website. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
